Job Title: Senior Project Manager - Main Contractor - Construction – Data CentresSector: Mission-Critical / Data CentresRole OverviewAn international main contractor is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of a major data centre project in Saudi Arabia.This is a senior, site-based role with full responsibility for end-to-end project delivery, from mobilisation through commissioning and handover. The project is technically complex, MEP-intensive and delivered to strict end‑user requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesFull responsibility for project delivery including programme, cost, quality, HSE and commercial performanceLead and manage site-based project teams including Construction, Engineering, Commercial and Planning functionsManage and coordinate MEP-heavy scopes, interfaces and sequencing critical to data centre deliveryOversee subcontractor procurement, performance and complianceDrive programme certainty, identifying and mitigating risks to the critical pathChair client, consultant and stakeholder coordination meetingsEnsure compliance with Saudi regulations, approvals and project governanceLead commissioning, testing and handover activities in line with mission‑critical standardsMaintain high standards of HSE, quality assurance and reportingProvide accurate and timely reporting to senior leadershipRequired Experience & BackgroundProven background with a main contractor delivering data centre or mission‑critical projectsDemonstrable experience on large‑scale data centre builds (hyperscale or colocation)Strong MEP coordination and commissioning experiencePrevious experience working in Saudi Arabia or the wider GCCTrack record of managing large, multidisciplinary site teamsStrong commercial and contractual awareness from a contractor perspectiveExperience dealing with demanding end users and strict performance requirementsQualificationsDegree in Engineering, Construction Management or a related disciplineWorking knowledge of FIDIC contracts preferredKey AttributesDelivery-focused with a strong problem‑solving mindsetComfortable operating in high‑pressure, live project environmentsStrong leadership and decision‑making capabilityWilling to be site‑based in Saudi ArabiaWhy This RoleLong‑term pipeline of mission‑critical work in the regionOpportunity to take full ownership of a high‑profile build#J-18808-Ljbffr
