In this role, you’ll oversee all aspects of the projects, including business, technical, financial, and administrative functions, ensuring the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.</p><h3>What You’ll be Doing:</h3><ul><li>Lead the development of project plans, including Health and Safety, Quality Control, and execution strategies.</li><li>Define program requirements and ensure all deliverables meet established criteria.</li><li>Assign responsibilities to team members based on their strengths and qualifications.</li><li>Negotiate scope changes with clients and subcontractors.</li><li>Secure additional work and maintain client relationships.</li><li>Monitor project progress, manage change orders, and address potential delays or cost overruns.</li><li>Coordinate resources across departments to build effective project teams.</li><li>Collaborate with managers to develop budgets, schedules, and project plans.</li><li>Ensure adherence to Quality Assurance processes and promote technical excellence.</li><li>Provide regular progress reports to management and ensure project milestones are met.</li><li>Act as the main point of contact for clients, subcontractors, and regulatory agencies.</li></ul><h3>What Required Skills You’ll Bring:</h3><ul><li>Bachelor Degree in Engineering from a reputable institution</li><li>Minimum of 18 years of experience in project management and delivery of infrastructure and master planning projects ideally in Dubai</li><li>Well versed in Project Management principles</li><li>Proactive and problem-solving approach</li><li>Excellent communication and presentation skills</li></ul><p>Parsons equally employs representation at all job levels no matter the race, color, religion, sex (including pregnancy), national origin, age, disability or genetic information.</p><p>We truly invest and care about our employee’s wellbeing and provide endless growth opportunities as the sky is the limit, so aim for the stars!
