This role will oversee project delivery, ensure seamless systems integration, and drive digital transformation initiatives to support organizational objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage major IT projects or multiple smaller projects, ensuring effective coordination and managing interdependencies.Oversee the full project lifecycle from planning and initiation to execution, monitoring, and closure.Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors to meet project objectives.Implement and manage SAP solutions, with a focus on SAP HANA.Ensure systems integration adheres to best practices and aligns with organizational goals.Manage project budgets and resources effectively to ensure timely delivery.Develop project documentation, reports, and status updates for senior management.Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and recommend improvements.Drive continuous improvement initiatives and stay updated with emerging industry technologies.Qualifications & ExperienceBachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Minimum of 7 years of experience in IT change management, systems integration, and project delivery.Preferred RequirementsMasters degree in a relevant field.Proven track record of leading complex IT projects and managing large-scale system integrations.Relevant project management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) and SAP certifications.Proficiency in change management principles and practices.Strong understanding of systems integration techniques and best practices.Advanced knowledge of integration tools and platforms (e.g., middleware, APIs, ESB).Proven ability to manage project budgets and resources effectively.Experience implementing best practices and innovative solutions to enhance project delivery.Commitment to continuous improvement and staying current with industry trends and technologies.Special RequirementsProficiency in English and Arabic (written and spoken) is preferred.Tools: Microsoft Project, Jira, Hybrid methodology, Agile Scrum methodology, MS Office 360, Scrum-KANABAN methodology, Risk Registers in Excel or Smartsheet, SAP Activate methodology, Jira Service Management.#J-18808-Ljbffr
