Strategic thinking and exceptional leadership skills will be instrumental in cultivating a culture of safety, excellence, and sustainability, ultimately contributing to the long‑term growth and success of Wood.The Project Manager will possess a deep understanding of project management principles and methodologies, coupled with a proven track record of delivering EPC or EPCm projects on time and within budget ensuring appropriate reporting and governance is in place and that all project activities comply with industry standards and regulations.Safety Management: Promote and enforce a strong safety culture, ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and standards and environmental regulations throughout project execution.Project Management:Lead and manage large-scale EPCm projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards and alignment with project goals and objectives.Develop and implement project plans, including scope, schedule, and resource allocation. Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and mitigating risks proactively.Manage project resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to optimize p
