Perform detailed quantity take-offs and cost estimates for civil and building works, with a focus on multi-storey buildings.Analyze project plans and specifications to identify and quantify materials, labor, and equipment requirements.Collaborate with project teams and suppliers to gather pricing and cost information.Prepare and maintain accurate cost databases and cost models.Evaluate and compare quotations and proposals from subcontractors and suppliers.Monitor project costs and provide regular reports to project management.Identify cost-saving opportunities and suggest value engineering alternatives.Assist in the preparation of tender documents and participate in bid submissions.Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulations.Stay updated on industry trends and construction cost fluctuations.Collaborate with other departments to support project goals and objectives.Handle any other quantity surveying-related tasks as assigned.#J-18808-Ljbffr
