Senior Quantity Surveyor

JASARA PMC is looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will manage the financial and contractual aspects of our construction projects, ensuring they are delivered efficiently and within budgetary constraints. You will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance on costs and procurement strategies while collaborating closely with project teams.ResponsibilitiesLead and coordinate quantity surveying activities throughout the full project lifecyclePrepare accurate cost estimates, bills of quantities, and tender documents to support project deliveryConduct regular financial assessments and cost control measures to ensure compliance with budgetsNegotiate contracts and manage any variations or claims with contractors and suppliersWork alongside project managers to ensure effective project planning and execution, providing financial insights as neededConduct site visits for monitoring progress and validating completed work against cost projectionsProvide mentorship and training to junior staff to promote professional development within the teamRequirementsBachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related fieldA minimum of 10 years' experience in quantity surveying within the construction industryProfessional certification (e.g., MRICS) is preferredComprehensive understanding of construction contracts, cost management, and procurement practicesStrong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detailExcellent communication and negotiation abilities for effective stakeholder engagementProficiency in quantity surveying software and toolsPreferably Saudi National#J-18808-Ljbffr
