To drive the acquisition, origination, and profitable growth of the Lease Rental Discounting (LRD) portfolio by identifying and converting new business opportunities, strengthening client relationships, and executing go-to-market strategies aligned with the bank’s objectives. The role ensures adherence to credit quality, market competitiveness, and long-term profitability.ResponsibilitiesBusiness Acquisition & GrowthOriginate new LRD transactions by identifying prospects and converting leads into active clients.Achieve portfolio growth targets as per annual business plan.Client Relationship ManagementDeepen existing relationships by offering customized financing solutions and cross-sell opportunities.Maintain high levels of client satisfaction and engagement.Credit and Risk ManagementEnsure adherence to credit policies, underwriting standards, and regulatory requirements.Work closely with the credit team to structure transactions with acceptable risk profiles.Market Intelligence and Strategy ExecutionAnalyze market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes to identify new opportunities and risks.Contribute to product enhancement and pricing strategy.Profitability and Asset QualityMonitor portfolio health, delinquencies, and renewals to maintain asset quality.Drive profitability through sound structuring and efficient execution.QualificationsThe role operates in a dynamic, fast-paced financial environment with evolving client needs and regulatory guidelines. It requires deep understanding of real estate-backed financing, client behavior, and macroeconomic factors affecting leasing and commercial real estate.Framework and BoundariesOperates within the bank’s policies, risk appetite, regulatory guidelines (CBUAE norms), and standard operating procedures. Accountable for compliance with KYC/AML regulations, internal audit guidelines, and governance protocols.
