Riyadh, Saudi Arabia | Posted on 03/12/2026LikeCard Group is looking for an experienced Senior Risk & Compliance Advisor to play a key role in safeguarding the company’s regulatory standing and operational integrity across the jurisdictions in which we operate.In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor to the business, ensuring that operations, partnerships, and new initiatives comply with applicable regulatory requirements while proactively identifying and mitigating potential risks.You will work closely with internal teams including Risk, Product, Operations, Marketing, HR, and Commercial, helping translate complex regulatory requirements into practical policies, processes, and controls that support business growth while maintaining compliance.Key ResponsibilitiesMonitor, analyze, and interpret new and existing regulations and circulars issued by central banks, financial regulatory authorities, telecom regulators, and data protection authorities .Provide risk and compliance advisory support to business units regarding new product launches, marketing campaigns, and partnership agreements, particularly with telecom operators and banking institutions .Translate complex regulatory requirements into clear, practical policies, procedures, and internal controls for teams including Operations, Product, Marketing, and Finance.Maintain and update the company’s internal compliance portal/intranet , ensuring employees have access to the latest policies, procedures, and regulatory updates.Collaborate with the Risk Department to develop and implement a risk-based compliance monitoring program , including periodic testing of key compliance controls such as:Customer Due Diligence (CDD/KYC)Transaction MonitoringPartner onboarding processesIdentify potential regulatory, operational, and financial risks , conduct root cause analysis, and recommend mitigation measures.Prepare detailed risk and compliance monitoring reports and track the implementation of corrective actions across departments.Coordinate with the HR Department to design and deliver targeted risk and compliance training programs for employees, including specialized sessions for high-risk teams such as Sales, Customer Support, and Product.Issue “Compliance Flash” communications to inform employees of urgent regulatory updates or internal policy changes.Work with the Commercial Department to perform risk and compliance due diligence on potential and existing partners, including telecom operators, banks, payment gateways, and merchants.Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports for senior management, the Board of Directors, and relevant regulators when required.RequirementsEducationBachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration, Risk Management, or a related fieldA Master’s degree or relevant professional certification is considered a strong advantage.Years of ExperienceMinimum 4 years of experience in Risk, Compliance, or Regulatory roles.Preferred Industry ExperienceExperience in one or more of the following industries:FinTechPayment institutionsE-commerce platformsBanking or financial servicesTelecommunicationsTechnical SkillsCustomer Due Diligence (CDD/KYC)Transaction Monitoring SystemsSuspicious Activity Reporting (SAR)Sanctions and PEP screening tools (e.g., World-Check, LexisNexis Bridger)Understanding of AML/CFT compliance frameworksSoft SkillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExceptional attention to detailExcellent written and verbal communication skillsHigh level of integrity and discretionStrong risk-based decision-making mindsetComputer SkillsProficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteExperience with transaction monitoring systemsStrong general technical and platform awarenessLanguage RequirementsFluent in English (written and spoken) – RequiredFluent in Arabic (written and spoken) – Required#J-18808-Ljbffr
