Job Summary:We are looking for a results-driven Senior Sales Account Manager to drive business growth by managing key client accounts and acquiring new high-value customers, with deep experience in selling IT solutions and services to enterprise and mid-market clients. This role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional relationship management skills and a strong track record in B2B sales.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute strategic account plans for high-value clientsBuild and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retentionIdentify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within assigned accountsConduct regular business reviews with clients to assess satisfaction, usage, and expansion opportunitiesMeet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targetsCollaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, customer success) to deliver tailored solutions to clientsForecast sales metrics and provide regular pipeline updates to leadershipNegotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profitsStay up to date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditionsMentor junior sales team members as neededQualifications:Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field5–8+ years of B2B sales experience, specifically in IT solutions, systems integration, or managed servicesProven success in managing key accounts and achieving sales quotasStrong consultative selling skills and a customer-centric approachStrong understanding of modern IT environments—Data Management, cloud (AWS, Azure), cybersecurity, etc.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skillsProficiency in CRM softwarePreferred Skills:Experience with selling to CIOs, CTOs, and senior IT decision-makersExperience in specific sectors like FSI, PIF, Oil & Gas, etc.#J-18808-Ljbffr
