<div><p><b>Are you a payments-savvy sales professional with experience selling into high-risk industries and a passion for crypto adoption</b></p><p><b>Do you have a proven track record of closing complex B2B deals with global merchants in iGaming FX or similar verticals</b></p><p>If so we have an exciting opportunity for you! Our client a fast-growing crypto payments infrastructure provider is hiring a<b>Senior Sales Executive</b>to lead B2B sales growth across high-risk and high-volume segments globally.</p><p>This is a remote-first role tailored to professionals working in or aligned with<b>GMT4 1 time zones</b>. As a senior commercial team member you’ll be responsible for driving revenue through strategic sales of our client’s crypto payment gateway wallet solutions and pay-in/pay-out infrastructure.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li><b>Enterprise Payments Sales:</b>Drive B2B sales of crypto payment solutions to global merchants in high-risk verticals such as betting, iGaming, adult, FX and other online services.</li><li><b>Client Strategy&Customization:</b>Provide tailored proposals based on merchant industry risk profile, jurisdiction and volume. Craft compliant and operationally efficient payment flows using the company’s infrastructure.</li><li><b>Deal Ownership:</b>Lead the entire sales lifecycle from outbound prospecting and stakeholder engagement to contract negotiation and onboarding handoff.</li><li><b>Market Positioning:</b>Represent the company at industry expos, crypto payments summits, iGaming events and private networking sessions to build visibility and generate high-value leads.</li><li><b>Go-To-Market Collaboration:</b>Work closely with product and marketing teams to refine ICP strategy, test new outreach hypotheses and contribute to high-converting campaign execution.</li><li><b>Territory Development:</b>Develop new business opportunities across Tier-1, Tier-2 and offshore markets with a focus on identifying gaps in underserved jurisdictions.</li></ul><h3>Required Qualifications</h3><ul><li>5 years in B2B sales for payment infrastructure (acquiring PSP, crypto payments or pay-in/pay-out platforms)</li><li>Demonstrated success selling to high-risk merchants and platforms operating in betting, gaming, adult and FX sectors</li><li>Deep understanding of the payments value chain: merchant onboarding, risk, KYC/KYB compliance, transaction monitoring and settlements</li><li>Strong knowledge of crypto payment flows, infrastructure benefits and technical integration processes</li><li>Proven ability to structure deals with compliance operations and banking/licensing considerations in mind</li><li>Network of merchant-side decision-makers (C-level/C-1) in the global high-risk payment ecosystem</li><li>Fluent in English (written and spoken)</li></ul><h3>Preferred Skills</h3><ul><li>Experience working with offshore merchant structures, MSBs or crypto-native PSPs</li><li>Knowledge of specific compliance nuances in LATAM, SEA or MENA jurisdictions</li><li>Multilingual capabilities (Spanish, Arabic, Portuguese, etc.)</li></ul><h3>Keys to Success</h3><ul><li>Domain Expertise in High-Risk Payments</li><li>Commercial Creativity&Risk Tolerance</li><li>Ability to Navigate Licensing&Banking Complexity</li><li>Strong Prospecting&Deal Closing Skills</li><li>Self-Motivated with Global Sales Agility</li></ul><h3>Whats in it for you</h3><ul><li>A senior remote role in a rapidly scaling crypto payments company</li><li>Opportunity to lead sales growth in some of the world’s most dynamic verticals</li><li>Flexibility to work under B2B or employment contracts</li><li>A high-impact position where sales strategy meets real-world adoption</li></ul><p><b>Sounds Interesting Send us your CV by applying to this page!</b></p><p>The provision of personal data by you is fully voluntary and the basis for their processing is your consent.
