Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Sales Manager - Leisure to join our team in the biggest Rixos resort. As a key member of the team you will be responsible for driving sales growth and managing our leisure sales operations in this thriving tourist destination.Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to maximize revenue in the leisure sectorLead motivate and mentor a high-performing sales team to achieve and exceed targetsEstablish and maintain strong relationships with key clients partners and stakeholders in the leisure industryAnalyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunitiesCreate and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients and partnersCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and servicesMonitor and report on sales performance providing regular updates to senior managementForecast sales set targets and develop action plans to ensure consistent growthParticipate in industry events and networking opportunities to promote our brand and servicesEnsure compliance with company policies industry regulations and ethical standardsQualificationsBachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related fieldMinimum of 5 years of experience in sales management preferably in the leisure or hospitality industryProven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a competitive market (CIS market)Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales teamExcellent negotiation communication and interpersonal skillsProficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software and sales analytics toolsAdvanced financial analysis and budgeting skillsIn-depth knowledge of the leisure industry including current trends and market dynamicsExperience in developing and implementing successful sales strategiesStrong presentation and public speaking abilitiesSales management certifications are preferredAbility to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment and adapt to changing market conditionsFluency in English and Russian Languages are MUST.Remote WorkNoEmployment TypeFull-time#J-18808-Ljbffr
