Senior Sales Manager

This remote role requires occasional travel to Collins and client sites in the Middle East and overseas.</p><h3>What you will do:</h3><ul><li>Establish strategy to drive implementation of initiatives, financial growth opportunities and business development efforts.</li><li>Manage network of relationships with key current and potential customers to achieve shared goals and lead customer relations management.</li><li>Consult with the executive leadership team to drive strategy and partnership decisions.</li><li>Guide coordination with marketing, sales and technology groups to implement business development strategy.</li><li>Monitor and evaluate the external environment for financial growth opportunities, guide the planning of complex business proposals and make recommendations to senior management for strategic decisions.</li><li>Develop customer strategy, satisfaction and escalation processes (1st point).</li><li>Perform demand forecasting, customer stocking, maintenance planning and fleet dynamics.</li><li>Ensure forecast accuracy and top‑line growth.</li></ul><h3>Experience&Qualifications we prefer:</h3><ul><li>Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar senior role.</li><li>Aerospace industry experience is preferred.</li><li>Account Management and contract development experience; knowledge of the company’s customer base, needs and requirements.</li><li>Technical background is highly desirable.</li><li>A STEM degree is desirable.</li><li>Proven people leadership in a matrix organisation.</li><li>Solid understanding of interiors products and service offerings in aerospace.</li></ul><p>RTX adheres to the principles of equal employment.
