Assembly is a proud member of Stagwell, the challenger network built to transform marketing.Learn more about Assembly here: https://www.assemblyglobal.com/We’re currently recruiting for a Senior SEO Manager as part of the growth of our SEO team.ResponsibilitiesSEO Strategy & ExecutionBuild comprehensive SEO strategies aligned with client goals, using the latest algorithm updates and industry trends.Collaborate with paid, content, and UX teams to deliver integrated, omnichannel SEO approaches.Oversee roadmap creation, implementation, and performance tracking.Client ManagementAct as the main SEO advisor for clients, managing communications, reporting, and performance updates.Provide clear, strategic recommendations backed by data and insights.Align SEO outputs with clients' evolving business needs.Content & Technical SEOLead content audits and multilingual optimizations across English and Arabic.Identify and implement technical SEO improvements in collaboration with development teams.Ensure technical best practices are in place across all web properties.Off-Page & Link BuildingPlan and execute effective link-acquisition strategies.Monitor backlink profiles and explore outreach and partnership opportunities to improve domain authority.Team LeadershipManage, mentor, and contribute to developing a team of SEO managers, executives, and interns.Run regular training sessions, ensure performance excellence, and foster a culture of innovation.Support team growth through feedback, coaching, and capability-building.Reporting & InsightsAnalyze and interpret data using dashboards and analytics tools.Present performance updates, keyword trends, and conversion insights to clients and stakeholders.Recommend actionable improvements based on SEO performance.Business DevelopmentContribute to new business pitches and agency growth opportunities.Position Assembly as an SEO thought leader through innovative ideas, tools, and frameworks.Industry Leadership & InnovationStay ahead of the curve by monitoring algorithm updates, search trends, AI in search, and emerging platforms (e.g., Search Generative Experience, Perplexity, TikTok SEO).Share relevant updates with internal teams and clients, translating complex changes into actionable strategies.Foster a culture of continuous learning within the team, encouraging experimentation and innovation in SEO practices.QualificationsAdvanced proficiency in English with clear, effective communication skills.7+ years' successful SEO management experience.Proven team leadership and mentorship skills.Familiarity with industry trends and search algorithms.Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.Proficiency in SEO tools and analytics.#J-18808-Ljbffr
