Otis is growing and we are recruiting a Service Sales Engineer to cover Abu Dhabi and Al Ain territory and reporting to the Service Branch Manager. The main goal of the role is to achieve sales growth through developing a customer prospect pipeline focusing on winning new maintenance contracts with additional responsibility for selling incremental repair projects.On a typical day you will:Manage a portfolio of elevator units through maintaining good working relationships with existing customersPrepares estimates and issues quotations for additional repairs upgradating of units and modernization.Liaises with clients to hunt new client negotiate maintenance contract for nonOtis recoveries and Modernization ensuring all potential client risks are addresses under the renewal terms.Ensures critical actions on all contracts including SPL special contracts are captured to minimize Otis contractual risk.Executes sales strategies to recover lost units modernization and actively pursues clients to ensure unit recovery on favorable terms for Otis.Develops a strong relationship with clients by regularly engaging with key contacts and understanding their needs.Coordinates with the Aftermarket and Service Department to ensure that the terms and conditions of all maintenance/repair/modernization agreements are implemented.Serve as primary contact for timely resolution of customer needs surrounding inquiriesDevelop new customers via cold calling networking bids and tendersDevelop your own sales strategy to achieve sales targetsUse Otis sales tools to effectively track opportunities pipeline and forecast sales resultsConduct sales negotiations and close dealsCollaborate with fellow team members including other sales representatives and field colleaguesWhat you will need to be successful:You have a business or technical degree or have completed training as a technician or technical business administrator and 5 years of prior work experienceYou have strong experience in the sale of technical service agreements requiring consultation.You have a strong customer and service orientation including excellent interpersonal skillsYou are characterized by a high level of commitment and reliability.You are target focused with the ability to work at pace in a demanding complex corporate organizationCountry: United Arab EmiratesLocation: 3rd Floor Office# 304 Al Montazah Tower Khalidiya Street Al Bateen W10 Abu Dhabi P.O Box 3467Otis is An Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
