In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining high‑quality, scalable full‑stack applications that power our core business functions. We are big proponents of Agile development methods with small cross‑functional teams fully empowered to take an idea from inception and to be able to deliver it fully tested into production with minimal outside disruptions. Because of this you will need to be able to work well with others in your team and outside of your team to be able to contribute meaningful ideas on how to best achieve your objectives and key results.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop and maintain full‑stack web applicationsExperience with CI/CD using Jenkins, Github Actions, etc.Experience working with cloud native tech stack and cloud architectureCollaborate with cross‑functional teams to define, design and ship new featuresOptimize applications for maximum speed and scalabilityImplement security and data protection measuresParticipate in code reviews and contribute to engineering best practicesTroubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systemsStay up‑to‑date with emerging technologies and industry trendsDesired QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field8+ years of experience in full‑stack developmentStrong proficiency with backend languages i.e., Python, Golang, Node.js, Java, C#Experience with AWS services, cloud architecture and containerization technologiesExperience designing system from ground upFamiliarity with message queue systems and microservices architectureKnowledge of database technologies (both SQL and NoSQL)Understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelinesExperience with version control systems (e.g., Git)Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detailPassion for clean, efficient, and maintainable codeAbility to mentor junior developers and contribute to the team's growthOur promise to talentAt Property Finder, we believe talent thrives in an environment where you can be your best self.
