<div><p>Ranger AI is hiring a<b>Senior Solutions Architect</b>to help lead the next phase of our growth.</p><p>We build industrial-grade AI workflow systems for complex, high-stakes environments. This is an environment for people who combine commercial judgment, implementation rigor, and strong executive presence with an AI-native way of working.</p><p>This role is central to how Ranger wins and expands enterprise accounts.</p><p>The Senior Solutions Architect is Ranger’s client-side solution authority. This person leads the solution conversation from the moment an opportunity is qualified, identifies where critical workflows create operational drag or risk, designs high-ROI implementations, and creates the conditions for successful adoption.</p><h3>Key responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Lead discovery and solution design for complex enterprise opportunities</li><li>Identify the workflows where Ranger can deliver the highest operational and commercial impact</li><li>Scope PoCs with clear success criteria, data requirements, integration approach, timeline, and adoption logic</li><li>Build proposals and executive-facing solution narratives with clarity and credibility</li><li>Lead the account team across with a forward deployed engineer and technical account manager, to ensure solution quality translates into delivery quality + impact</li><li>Stay engaged through implementation and adoption, not only pre-sale</li><li>Feed structured client insight back into Ranger’s product and platform evolution</li></ul><h3>What we are looking for</h3><ul><li>6–8+ years of experience in enterprise solution design, implementation, consulting, technical pre-sales, or transformation leadership</li><li>Strong command on bidding/procurement and technical workflows</li><li>Strong experience operating in complex, multi-stakeholder environments</li><li>Credibility with technical, commercial, and executive stakeholders</li><li>Ability to translate current-state pain into a phased, measurable operating model</li><li>Strong commercial and solution judgment, with sufficient technical fluency to architect AI-enabled solutions without needing to write production code</li><li>High standards for quality, communication, and execution</li><li>Comfort working in an environment where pace is high, expectations are high, and ambiguity is part of the build phase</li></ul><p>This role is not suited to candidates who prefer highly defined playbooks or narrowly scoped pre-sales support positions.</p><p>We are looking for someone who is:</p><ul><li>a<b>prescriber, not an order-taker</b></li><li>proven in converting PoCs into larger deployments</li><li>effective in multi-stakeholder buying environments</li><li>already<b>AI-native</b>in how they work</li><li>comfortable taking ownership in an evolving, high-performance environment</li></ul><h3>Why join Ranger</h3><p>Ranger is building for consequential workflows, not superficial AI use cases.
