Senior Sourcing Specialist

With a strong presence in the Middle East, it offers a professional environment to foster growth and success.ResponsibilitiesManage procurement across multiple categories including interior fitouts, facilities management, logistics, and technology.Build and maintain strong vendor relationships to ensure competitive pricing and quality service delivery.Conduct market research to identify trends, benchmark costs, and source innovative suppliers.Support RFx processes and contribute to negotiation strategies for favorable terms and conditions.Optimize spend using ERP data, consolidate procurement needs, and reduce ad-hoc tenders.Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures throughout the sourcing lifecycle.Qualifications & ExperienceStrong multi-category procurement skills, especially in interior fitout (luxury environments), with added exposure to FM, logistics, or technology sourcing.Understanding of the end-to-end procurement cycle in the centralised procurement structureSolid analytical and commercial capability, including market research, cost analysis, and strong Excel/ERP (SAP) proficiency.Effective vendor and stakeholder management, supporting negotiations and maintaining strong internal and external relationships.Proven ability to execute RFx processes, evaluate proposals, ensure compliance, and support timely project delivery.Agile, organized, and performance driven, with a proactive mindset and the ability to work under pressure.Qualifications & Experience - Bachelor's in Engineering (or related field) and 3-5 years of relevant procurement experience#J-18808-Ljbffr
