Senior Team Lead, Etihad Implant, Air FreightResponsibilitiesOverseeing and supervising all Operations related activities of all outbound/export air shipments; ensuring that all Operations requirements are met in line with the team processes and guidelines.Coordinating and communicating with DSV offices, third parties and internal department such as the Sales Dept and the Customer Service dept to arrange and ensure smooth transportation of shipments & proper documentation from the point of origin to ensure smooth handling of shipments.Negotiating and building favorable business relationships with external parties such as Air Carriers, handling Agents, government agencies that would improve competitiveness and quality of service to our customers.Ensuring strict compliance in ensuring all invoicing related jobs is done within 24 hours from the time the job is completed.Working towards ensuring a strong bond with clients to ensure faith in our capabilities as their assigned service provider; maintain a strong client relationship through timely updates on the passage of freight and timely cargo deliveries.Developing teamwork, demonstrating shared goals and values.Coordinate with respective overseas offices and routing shipments based on consignee’s Instruction.Coordinate with Pricing desk for Over Size shipment as Aircraft Engine, Landing Gear etc. and submitting RFQ as per instruction from sales dept.Accurate recording and reporting of all required information to head of the department.Billing instruction forwarding to the operation team and monitoring Invoice Dispatch.Handling customer queries communicates and coordinate with cross trade functional departments to deliver effective service and meet customer requirements.Responsible for monitoring and supervising the process and procedures between transportation service and supply chain providers.Performing any other related duties/ projects assigned by Manager from time to time to meet business exigencies.Qualifications & CharacteristicsEducation – Bachelor, Industry Diploma/CertificationWork Experience – 5 + experience in Air Freight Forwarding environment, Working knowledge of systemsSpecific SkillsMarket knowledgeCommunication skillsLogical and self-motivatedIT SkillsInterpersonal skillsNegotiation skillsResult oriented#J-18808-Ljbffr
