This role is critical for validating end-to‑end services and ensuring flawless delivery of telecom solutions across fixed, cloud, and SaaS environments.Detailed Job DescriptionAs a Senior Test Engineer, you will lead user acceptance testing for complex telecom systems, including BSS, OSS, portals, and mobile applications. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to validate functionality, performance, and reliability, ensuring solutions meet business and customer requirements. This position offers exposure to advanced telecom technologies and agile delivery frameworks in a fast‑paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct UAT for telecom solutions across BSS, OSS, portals, and appsPerform E2E service validation testing for provisioning, billing, and customer journeysUtilize test management tools and defect tracking systems for efficient executionPrepare and maintain test cases, scripts, and documentationCollaborate with development, product, and network teams to resolve issuesEnsure compliance with quality standards and project timelinesRequired Qualifications & SkillsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Telecommunications, or related field5+ years of experience in telecom testing (Fixed, Cloud, SaaS environments)Hands‑on experience with test management tools and defect tracking systemsStrong understanding of BSS/OSS architecture and workflowsExcellent analytical and problem‑solving skillsFamiliarity with SDLC and agile methodologiesExposure to telecom mobile & fixed services (provisioning, billing, etc.)Strong communication and interpersonal skillsNice‑to‑Have SkillsExperience with automation testing frameworksKnowledge of API testing and integration validationFamiliarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practicesTelecom certifications (TM Forum, ISTQB)Hands‑on experience with cloud‑native telecom platformsRecruitment Pro TipHighlight your end‑to‑end UAT experience in telecom BSS/OSS projects and include details of tools and methodologies you’ve used.
