Join our Product Development and Design Team that transforms ideas into reality and shapes the future of airline experiences!About the RoleAs a Visual Communications Specialist you are responsible for transforming complex business data, product strategies, and conceptual ideas into clear, compelling visual narratives. In this role, you will support senior leadership by developing high‑impact presentations and visual frameworks that enable effective decision making across Product Development, Insights, Strategy, and cross‑functional teams. This position requires the perfect balance of visual storytelling, business understanding, and analytical thinking. You will regularly engage with product data, research insights, business problems, and strategic proposals — converting them into visually structured content that communicates with clarity and influence.Visual Storytelling & Presentation DesignCreate high‑impact presentations for executive meetings, strategic reviews, leadership updates, and product roadmap discussions.Translate abstract concepts, customer insights, and product strategies into visually engaging slides and narratives.Ensure consistency in visual language, formatting, and brand alignment across all materials.Produce custom iconography, diagrams, charts, and data visuals that support clarity and strategic storytelling.Develop annotated visuals, mockups, and visual frameworks that illustrate design decisions and business rationales.Business Analysis & Strategic CommunicationWork with raw content such as notes, sketches, market insights, research data, and business cases to create structured and compelling narratives.Partner with Strategy, Research & Insights, and Business Analysis teams to understand business problems, trends, and opportunities.Support the creation of business cases, financial analyses, and customer insights by building clear and visually compelling visual summaries.Break down complex information (market trends, customer data, ROI models, benchmark results) into accessible executive‑level visuals.Cross‑Functional CollaborationCollaborate with product managers, designers, analysts, and operational teams to gather inputs and align messaging.Build presentations that articulate project highlights, decisions, value propositions, and implementation plans.Manage multiple presentation and design projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.Operational ExcellenceMaintain a high standard of visual polish suitable for senior stakeholders.Apply strong design principles to establish visual hierarchy and guide audience attention.Support the department in improving visual communication standards, workflows, and storytelling practices.Perform other related duties as directed by the Head of Department.Be part of an extraordinary storyYour skills. Together, everything is possible.About youBachelor’s degree in Visual Communication, Design, Business, or a related field.5+ years of experience in presentation design, visual storytelling, business communications, or data‑driven content design.Strong portfolio showcasing executive level presentation work and visually communicated business insights.Intermediate to advanced skills in design tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Figma.Strong analytical skills: ability to comprehend business challenges, research insights, and product data to create meaningful narratives.Experience creating data visuals and dashboards using PowerPoint, Excel, Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools is an advantage.Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment with high attention to detail.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate complex topics for senior leadership.About Qatar Airways GroupOur story started with four aircraft.
