You will provide first-line technical support to internal employees, manage user access across core platforms, and ensure smooth operation of third-party systems. The role requires strong technical fundamentals, attention to security, and a user-focused mindset.ResponsibilitiesManage access requests and user permissions in line with security policiesTroubleshoot software and internal platform issuesMonitor system alerts and respond to incidentsManage support tickets in line with SLAsCommunicate clearly with users and maintain internal documentationEducate users on best practicesCreate and maintain knowledge base articles and internal documentationRequirements2–3 years in IT support / HelpdeskUnderstanding of IT infrastructure (networks, servers, cloud)Experience with Atlassian tools and Git-based platformsExperience with Jira Service Desk is a mustKnowledge of Google Workspace and IAM principles is requiredStrong communication and user-oriented approachNice to haveDegree in IT or related fieldITIL, Comp TIA A+, or similar certificationsWe offerLong-term service agreement contract with QIC with 3 months probation periodWe are diverse — our digital nomads work remotely from 25+ different countriesPayment in US dollars monthly to your bank account using SWIFTFull-time remote, work schedule: 5 days per week, Sunday to Thursday, GMT +3 timezoneVacation policy: Qatar Holiday Calendar, 20 vacation days, 10 sick offsPerformance reviews are conducted twice a year, with the possibility of a raisePotential opportunity to apply for a Qatar ID and relocation to Doha, QatarBy sending your CV you confirm your consent to processing your personal data and accept QIC digital hub Privacy PolicyEnjoy generous vacation time, paid sick leave, and bonus days for years of service.Language classesMaster communication.
