<div><h3><b>About the Role:</b></h3><p>We are seeking a dynamic Showroom Manager based in Riyadh to lead Automotive Showroom for a well-known brand, drive sales growth, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. The ideal candidate will bring over 3 years of hands-on retail management experience, strong leadership capabilities, and a passion for excellence in showroom presentation.</p><h3><b>Responsibilities:</b></h3><ul><li>Oversee daily showroom operations and ensure adherence to company standards</li><li>Develop and execute strategies to meet and exceed sales targets</li><li>Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate showroom staff to deliver top performance</li><li>Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and product presentation</li><li>Monitor inventory levels, coordinate stock replenishment, and minimize shrinkage</li><li>Deliver outstanding customer service and handle escalated client issues professionally</li><li>Analyze sales data and prepare regular performance reports for senior management</li><li>Collaborate with marketing and procurement teams to support promotional activities</li></ul><h3><b>Skills</b></h3><h3><b>Required Qualifications:</b></h3><ul><li>Minimum 3 years of experience in retail management or showroom leadership</li><li>Experience in Automotive Showrooms is a Must.</li><li>Proven track record in driving sales and achieving revenue targets</li><li>Strong team management and coaching skills</li><li>Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication abilities</li><li>In-depth knowledge of retail operations, visual merchandising, and inventory control</li><li>Fluency in English and Arabic</li></ul><h3><b>Preferred Qualifications:</b></h3><ul><li>Any Relevant Educational Degree.</li><li>Familiarity with CRM and POS systems</li><li>Deep understanding of the Saudi retail market and consumer trends</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
