About the Role:We are seeking a dynamic Showroom Manager based in Riyadh to lead Automotive Showroom for a well-known brand, drive sales growth, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. The ideal candidate will bring over 3 years of hands-on retail management experience, strong leadership capabilities, and a passion for excellence in showroom presentation.Responsibilities:Oversee daily showroom operations and ensure adherence to company standardsDevelop and execute strategies to meet and exceed sales targetsRecruit, train, mentor, and motivate showroom staff to deliver top performanceMaintain high standards of visual merchandising and product presentationMonitor inventory levels, coordinate stock replenishment, and minimize shrinkageDeliver outstanding customer service and handle escalated client issues professionallyAnalyze sales data and prepare regular performance reports for senior managementCollaborate with marketing and procurement teams to support promotional activitiesSkillsRequired Qualifications:Minimum 3 years of experience in retail management or showroom leadershipExperience in Automotive Showrooms is a Must.Proven track record in driving sales and achieving revenue targetsStrong team management and coaching skillsExcellent customer service and interpersonal communication abilitiesIn-depth knowledge of retail operations, visual merchandising, and inventory controlFluency in English and ArabicPreferred Qualifications:Any Relevant Educational Degree.Familiarity with CRM and POS systemsDeep understanding of the Saudi retail market and consumer trends#J-18808-Ljbffr
