Site Architect Engineer

The Site Architect will oversee the architectural implementation of housing projects on-site, ensuring that design intent is accurately translated into the built environment. This role includes coordination with engineering and construction teams, conducting on-site inspections, and ensuring compliance with federal design standards and military housing requirements. The Site Architect plays a critical role in quality assurance, aesthetic control, and the integration of architectural elements throughout all project phases.ResponsibilitiesEnsure on-site construction aligns with approved architectural drawings and specifications.Review and verify shop drawings, material submittals, and mock-ups for architectural components.Monitor architectural finishes and details to maintain design intent, quality, and aesthetic standards.Provide technical guidance to contractors regarding materials, detailing, and construction techniques.Serve as the liaison between the design team and the site construction team to ensure seamless project delivery.Participate in regular coordination meetings and site inspections with military or government stakeholders.Support the Project Manager in tracking architectural scope progress, timelines, and deliverables.RequirementsBachelor’s Degree in Architect Engineering.10+ years of architectural site supervision or project delivery experience, preferably on military, government, or institutional housing projects.Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office.Strong knowledge of building codes, detailing, and site construction processes.Ability to read and interpret multidisciplinary drawings and resolve conflicts on-site.#J-18808-Ljbffr
