Position: Civil Site Engineer – Villa ConstructionJob Type: Full-timeLocation: UAESalary: AED 4,000 – AED 6,000 (depending on experience)Benefits: Visa, Medical Insurance & AccommodationRole OverviewWe are currently looking for a Civil Site Engineer with strong experience in villa construction projects in the UAE to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising on‑site activities, ensuring work is executed according to project specifications, quality standards, and timelines.The role requires hands‑on site management, coordination with subcontractors and consultants, and ensuring compliance with municipality regulations and safety standards.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and manage daily site construction activities to ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.Coordinate with project managers, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain smooth workflow and resolve technical issues.Monitor construction progress and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly site reports.Ensure quality control of structural works, finishing works, and installations in accordance with project requirements.Implement and monitor health and safety standards on‑site.Conduct site inspections and verify that construction activities comply with approved plans and municipality regulations.Review and assist with shop drawings, method statements, and material submittals.Support in quantity take‑offs, material planning, and coordination with procurement teams.Coordinate with MEP teams to ensure proper integration with civil works.Identify and resolve site‑related technical issues efficiently to avoid delays.Ensure proper documentation and records for inspections, approvals, and site activities.RequirementsBachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (Diploma holders will not be considered).Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Site Engineer in the UAE, specifically in villa, townhouse, or residential building construction projects.Umm Al Quwain Municipality G+1 Approved Card is required.Candidates without the approval must be willing to appear for the UAQ Municipality G+1 exam.Strong knowledge ofStructural construction worksInterior finishing worksMEP coordinationSite execution and managementFamiliarity with UAE municipality regulations and construction standards.Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.Proficiency in AutoCAD and basic project coordination tools.Strong communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills.Ability to manage multiple site tasks and meet tight deadlines.UAE driving license preferred.What we offerOpportunity to work on high-quality villa construction projectsSupportive and collaborative work environmentCareer growth opportunities within a growing organizationApply nowInterested candidates may share CVs - jobs@elitehrconsultancy.com/+971521357861 / +971 55 254 6879#J-18808-Ljbffr
