The role focuses on monitoring land-use compliance, safety practices, and coordination across various utility and data infrastructure projects.Key ResponsibilitiesMonitor stakeholder activities to ensure adherence to approved land boundaries and conditions for all Health, Safety, Security and Environmental (HSSE) performance issuesIdentify and escalate unauthorised or unsafe works occurring outside permitted zones.Act as the on-site liaison for compliance matters with contractors and stakeholders.Participate in bi-weekly coordination meetings and maintain a register of land allocations, permits, and No Objection Certificates (NOCs)Report health and safety incidents in line with local regulatory guidelines.Support coordination on shared utilities, access roads, and technical interfaces.Weekly compliance reports and updated boundary registers.Immediate reporting of flagged health and safety issues.Candidate ProfileVocational or university qualification in a construction-related discipline.Minimum7 years of construction experience, including site management or surveying.Familiarity with Abu Dhabi’s NOC processes and land-use compliance.Understanding of utilities and infrastructure interfaces (roads, power, water, drainage) needs to be demonstrableKnowledge of ADOSH-SF health and safety standards.Additional InformationThe Consultant will report to the Construction Director.The role is strictly monitoring and escalation-focused; statutory HSSE responsibilities remain with individual stakeholders.Insurance and professional standards must comply with the governing framework agreement.#J-18808-Ljbffr
