Let’s paint the future together.Key AccountabilitiesUnder the guidance of Site Manager, Site HSE & IMS coordinator the primary job responsibilities are as below:1. Manage and Maintain the Integrated Management System (IMS)Ensure the site complies with ISO standards (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, etc.).Maintain the IMS documentation structure: policies, SOPs, work instructions, forms, manuals.Ensure controlled documents are updated, approved, version-controlled, and properly communicated.Conduct periodic reviews to ensure relevance of documents.2. Coordinate Internal & External AuditsDevelop and execute the annual internal audit plan.Train and guide internal auditors.Conduct internal audits across departments (Production, Warehouse, QC, Maintenance, COS etc.).Coordinate certification and surveillance audits with external bodies.Track and close audit findings with clear corrective actions.3. Drive Compliance With HSE, Quality & Regulatory RequirementsEnsure site compliance with corporate standardsMonitor implementation of legal and regulatory requirements related toEnvironmental permitsWaste managementChemical safetyFire safetyOccupational healthKeep a compliance register on Enablon up to date.4. Lead Corrective Actions & Continuous ImprovementFacilitate RCA (Root Cause Analysis) sessions using tools like 5 Why, Fishbone, FMEA.Track non-conformities from incidents, audits, customer complaints, or process deviations.Drive CAPAs and ensure timely closure.Identify process improvement opportunities aligned to Lean, CI culture.5. Data Management, Reporting & Performance MonitoringQuality (defects, complaints, NCRs)Safety (LTIs, near misses, observations)Environmental (waste, emissions, energy)Report monthly KPIs to management.Support investigation of Safety, Quality, and Environmental incidents.Assist in creating and updating Risk Assessments / JSAs.Monitor the effectiveness of implemented controls.7. Coordinate Management ReviewsOrganize periodic Management Review meetings.Compile agendas, KPI summaries, audit results, risk evaluations, and improvement plans.Record minutes and follow up on agreed actions.8. Maintain Documented Evidence & RecordsEnsure all records (calibration, training, inspections, waste disposal, emergency drills) are properly filed and accessible.Maintain electronic and physical archives in compliance with ISO/IMS requirements.9. Cross-functional CoordinationWork closely with Production, QC, Maintenance, Warehouse, COS, HR, Supply Chain.Ensure all departments align with IMS standards and requirements.RequirementsFresh graduate in Science or Engineering disciplineWillingness to work in an industrial environmentGood communication, documentation, and coordination skillsHigh learning agility and high adaptabilityWilling to learn & experience different functions/knowledgeLogical thinking.
