Site Engineer - Swimming Pool

With a strong commitment to quality, timely delivery, and customer satisfaction, Azizi focuses on building world‑class developments that reflect excellence in construction standards and design.We are currently seeking a competent Site Engineer – Landscape to support the execution and supervision of landscape works across our projects, ensuring high‑quality delivery of both hardscape and softscape activities in accordance with project requirements.Role Description:To supervise and coordinate landscape construction works on site, ensuring all activities are executed in line with approved drawings, project specifications, safety standards, and project timelines.Key Responsibilities:Supervise daily landscape construction activities on site including both hardscape and softscape works.Ensure works are executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.Oversee hard landscape works such as interlock paving, kerbstone installation, pathways, pergolas, retaining walls, decking, and other landscape structures.Monitor soft landscape works including planting, turfing, irrigation systems, and horticultural installations.Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and project teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of activities.Review shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements related to landscape works.Prepare and submit inspection requests (IRs), daily reports, and progress updates.Ensure compliance with project quality standards and safety requirements.Coordinate with QA/QC and HSE teams to maintain quality and safety on site.Support snagging, de‑snagging, and project handover activities.Qualifications & Experience:Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Landscape Engineering, or related discipline.Minimum 4–7 years of experience in landscape construction, with exposure to both hardscape and softscape works.Experience in large-scale residential, commercial.Good knowledge of landscape construction methods and irrigation systems.Strong site supervision and coordination skills.Good understanding of hardscape materials and landscape installation techniques.Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.Good communication and teamwork abilities.Strong problem‑solving and organizational skills.Commitment to quality, safety, and timely project delivery.#J-18808-Ljbffr
