The role focuses on monitoring contractor performance, ensuring compliance with safety and contractual requirements, and supporting the Operations and Maintenance Engineer to maintain project quality, safety, and continuity.Key ResponsibilitiesIssue, record, and track Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs)Act on behalf of the Operations and Maintenance Engineer when requiredMonitor and supervise contractor performance for maintenance worksEscalate technical, safety, and operational issues to the Operations and Maintenance EngineerManage and maintain contract-related files and documentationEnsure contractor compliance with safety requirements and project standardsMonitor contractor-allocated resources on siteIdentify potential risks within the road network and report findingsPrepare and submit daily site reportsRequirementsBachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (Fresh or experienced), or Diploma in Civil Engineering with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experienceExperience in road projects is preferredSaudi Council of Engineers (SCE) membership is mandatory#J-18808-Ljbffr
