Build on something that matters!What you will need to do:Lead an established team of Area Construction Managers Section Heads and Engineers to secure the completion of the project within time and budget.Manage direct multi-faceted construction activities including subcontractors and personnelEnsure all construction activities are performed safely and in compliance with applicable policies standards guidelines and proceduresEstablish and maintain effective working relationships with clients and take responsibility for ensuring customer satisfaction for construction and completions activitiesProvide Construction support to Project Management during the initial planning phase of the projectParticipate in Constructability and 3D model review sessionsBuild and Manage effective Construction teamsEnsure all construction activities are performed in accordance with project specifications and drawings within budget and time schedulesMaintain effective communication and report the status of construction progress to the project teamManage the RFI and change order process in the fieldAssist with the preparation of change ordersMaintain excellent project records and documentation of delays and other potential project impactsMaintain detailed accurate and complete documentation of construction activitiesWhat you will need to have:Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering / Masters Degree (Optional but Beneficial)Certified Construction Manager (CCM) / Project Management Professional (PMP)Relevance of experience in Piping works Lifting activities Rotating & Static Equipment Installation and Strong understanding of Oil & Gas operations (Brown Field)Handle not only Mechanical activities experience in supervision for all discipline is a must.Minimum of 20Years of experience with at least 10 years in a managerial role with a focus in the Oil & Gas Projects in the Middle EastHaving previous experience with ADNOC projects (ADNOC approval is advantage)Proven track record of managing large-scale projectsYou are someone who:Is outgoing and skilled communicatorIs able to work both independently and as team leader exercising professional judgment and coordination skillsHas excellent organizational skillsIs passionate about his/her field of expertise and determined to succeedWhat is in it for you:Competitive salary and benefits are part of the offering yet the real joy comes from being a member of smart and passionate teams within an international leading EPC Group on a mission that matters.
