Job Title: Site Reliability Engineer (UAE)Years of Experience: 1-3 yearsEmployment Type:Key Relationships : Technical Project ManagerWe areseeking a talented and experienced Site Reliability Engineer to join our teamin UAE.This role has a dedicated focuson supporting projects across UAE and the broader Middle East region. We need aversatile, energetic, and resourceful engineer who is both technicallyproficient and an excellent communicator. You will be responsible for ensuringthe reliability, scalability, and performance of our software systems. You willcollaborate with cross-functional teams to build and maintain a highlyavailable infrastructure for our AI healthcare solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesWork closely with customers in the region to debug and solve deploymentand support issues.Provide L1 and L2 support by monitoring system health, triaging alerts,and handling incidents.Build and optimize reliable services that enable swift and scalableproduct delivery.Automate environment setup and configuration for customer deploymentsacross various platforms.Implement and maintain monitoring, alerting, and logging systems forproactive issue detection.Collaborate with Engineering, DevOps, and Security teams to ensuresystem integrity and compliance.Own communication for production issues with internal teams and externalstakeholders.Continuously push the production standard forward and develop acustomer-centric support culture.Support and troubleshoot configuration and environment setup issuesacross customer sites.Maintain system documentation, runbooks, and operational procedures tostreamline support processes.RequirementsRequired Skills and QualificationsFluency in both Arabic and English is required.Willingness and ability to travel domestically andinternationally as required.Bachelor's degree in computer science,Engineering ,or related field.4+ years of experiencein SRE, DevOps, or technical support roles.Excellent technicaltroubleshooting and analytical skills.Proficiency with Linuxenvironments, basic scripting, and containerization tools (e.g., Docker).Familiarity withmonitoring/logging platforms like Datadog, ELK, Prometheus, or similar.Understanding of cloudinfrastructure (preferably AWS) and basic networking concepts.Basic programmingknowledge in any language.Demonstrated knowledgeof SQL.Experiencewith FHIR (Fast Healthcare Interoperability Resources) standards.Strong communicationskills, especially in client-facing scenarios.Ability to workindependently within a remote.Ability to collaborateeffectively with cross-functional teams across time zones.At Qure.ai You will be part of a rapidly growing, innovative company that ismaking a significant impact on global healthcare.
