The ideal candidate will be a storyteller at heart with a proven track record of growing digital communities and managing multi-platform social strategies.Candidate RequirementsNationality:Filipino (Female)Age:23–35 years oldLocation:Must be willing to work on-site at our office inDoha, Qatar.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategy & Execution:Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies to boost brand awareness and engagement across Instagram, Tik Tok, Facebook, X, and Linked In.Content Management:Manage content calendars and daily publishing for multiple accounts, ensuring consistent brand messaging.Growth & Engagement:Drive follower growth and improve engagement metrics through optimized posting times, reels, stories, and hashtag strategies.Paid Advertising:Plan and monitor paid ad campaigns (Meta Ads, etc.) to maximize ROI and reach; oversee marketplace performance on platforms like Amazon and Noon.Analytics:Track KPIs and deliver detailed monthly performance reports using Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and third-party tools.Community Management:Respond to audience interactions in real-time to build loyalty and improve customer satisfaction.Collaboration:Work alongside designers and marketing teams; manage influencer partnerships and User-Generated Content (UGC) integration.Trends & Innovation:Lead trend research and A/B testing on creatives/captions to stay ahead of algorithm changes and competitor activities.Qualifications & SkillsProven experience in managing professional social media accounts.Expertise inshort-form video content(Tik Tok/Reels) and professional storytelling (Linked In).Proficiency inMeta Business Suite , Hootsuite, and digital ad optimization.Strong ability to analyze data and translate it into actionable content shifts.Excellent communication skills and a creative eye for digital aesthetics.
