Software Project Manager

We fight for the users and innovate using user-centered design processes with the newest technologies to create beautifully designed lovable products and services that are simple to use and user friendly.We’re looking for an experienced Software Project Manager who will take on the management of key client projects, that has previously worked in mega projects.Key ResponsibilitiesEnsure that all projects are delivered on-time, within the scope and within budgetDeveloping project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibilityEnsure resource availability and allocationDevelop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progressUse appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costsMeasure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniquesReport and escalation to management as neededManage the relationship with the client and all stakeholdersPerform risk management to minimize project risksEstablish and maintain relationships with clientsMeet with clients to clarify specific requirements of each projectExperience overseeing multi-function project teams with at least 10-15 team members including Developers, UX/UI, Business Analysts, and QA PersonnelAnalyze our current Agile processes, prioritize areas of improvement, and work alongside key stakeholders to implement the improvementsManage projects in JIRA and Confluence; providing software training to team members as neededEnsuring software quality standards are met and requirements are submitted within budget and on timeRequirementsA bachelor's degree in information technology, software development management, software engineering, computer science, or a related field.Proven experience in project management and software development.Good working knowledge of project estimation techniques.Good leadership, decision-making, and organization skills.Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills#J-18808-Ljbffr
