FAMA Technologies is looking for a Solution Architect – Team Lead to spearhead innovation and lead the development of advanced digital screen, LED, and digital signage solutions.The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and deploying scalable digital display systems, integrating cutting-edge technologies, and delivering tailored solutions to meet client needs.ResponsibilitiesLead the entire sales cycleAchieve monthly sales objectivesQualify the customer needsNegotiate and contractMaster demos of our softwareDesign and implement customized digital signage and LED solutions, ensuring high performance, reliability, and scalability.Lead and mentor a team of engineers and solution specialists, providing technical expertise and best practices in digital display technologies.Research, evaluate, and recommend the latest digital screen solutions, including hardware, software, and content management systems (CMS).Ensure seamless integration of digital signage solutions with CMS, IoT devices, analytics platforms, and other digital systems.Oversee end-to-end project execution, from requirements gathering to deployment andmaintenance, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.Collaborate with sales, pre-sales teams, and clients to understand their needs and propose tailored digital signage solutions.Work closely with technology vendors and partners to source and implement the most effective and up-to-date solutions.Must HaveBachelor Degree or HigherPassion for software productsHighly creative and autonomousValid work permit for Saudi Arabia or Transferable IqamaNice to haveExperience in writing online contentStrong analytical skillsArabic is an AdvantageRequired Skills & ExperienceMinimum 5+ years of experience in digital signage solutions, LED screen technology, and digital display systems.Strong expertise in digital signage hardware and software, including CMS, media players, and LED technologies.Hands-on experience with display technologies, LED configurations, and screen calibration techniques.Proficiency in content management platforms (CMS) such as NowSignage, BrightSign, Scala, or similar.Knowledge of cloud-based and on-premise digital signage architectures.Experience in solution design, proof-of-concept (PoC) development, and delivering technical presentations.Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to provide optimal solutions based on client requirements.Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage and mentor a technical team.Solid understanding of networking, IoT, and system integration for digital signage solutions.Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders.Each employee has a chance to see the impact of his work.
