The solution scope is entire Asset Management including Maintenance Management and Asset Performance Management.The Solution Architect will lead the Functional Area Assessment workshop for Asset Management to identify the customer’s challenges and develop the implementation road map for Digital Transformation of Asset Management. After assessment workshop, the Solution Architect will be responsible for making technical proposal for solution implementation project with the support by solution/product SMEs.**Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities*** Responsible for the assessment workshop to identify the customer’s challenges on Asset Management scope.* Responsible for the development of the DX roadmap based on the result of assessment.* Responsible for making the technical proposal of solution implementation project to realize DX on Asset Management including CMMS and APM.* Support the sales activities by providing the training of Asset Management for sales team.* Accountable for the expansion of Asset Management business in this region by supporting sales activities such as solution demonstration and presentation.**Qualification and Experience*** Proven work experience as an Asset Management SME or similar role* Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, engineering, or a related discipline* Master’s degree in computer science, data analytics or a related field preferred* Minimum 4 years of experience in designing or implementing Digital applications of Asset Reliability/Management.* Previous project management experience is advantageous**Competencies*** Good communication skills, a team player, ability to energize* Knowledge of Oil and Gas, Pharma, Food and Beverage or specialized chemical Domain will be a plus* Strong Knowledge on IIOT concepts* Knowledge on Latest’s market trend* Strong organizational and leadership skills* Strong problem-solving skills**Skills*** Comprehensive knowledge of industrial systems, including IoT devices, PLCs, SCADA, DCS, Historians, CMMS and APM.* Skills and knowledges in designing and implementing the integration system to collect the data from controllers and equipment including IoT device.* Strong knowledge of the concept of Condition-based Maintenance and predictive maintenance. + Implementation experiences are plus.* Data analytics skill for asset data is plus.Yokogawa is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
