This role partners directly with our Account Executives to support enterprise clients evaluating Deel's platform for field services and onsite workforce management.</p><p>We're prioritising deep field services industry experience over traditional SE backgrounds. If you've spent your career in oil&gas, mining, EPC, shipbuilding, construction, offshore, or renewables and you understand how these workforces actually get structured, deployed, and managed across borders - this role was built for you.</p><p>You'll be instrumental in translating complex client needs into actionable, scalable, and compliant solutions, supporting every stage of the sales process from discovery through to implementation hand-off.</p><p><b>What You'll Do</b></p><ul><li><p>Lead as the technical authority for Deel's Field Services segment, driving enterprise pre-sales across staffing, RPO, and project-based organisations with credibility and industry expertise</p></li><li><p>Own the end-to-end technical sales cycle: leading discovery, shaping solutions, responding to RFPs, delivering tailored demos, and running architecture workshops</p></li><li><p>Translate complex, multi-jurisdictional requirements into clear, scalable, and compliant solution designs with defined implementation roadmaps and success metrics</p></li><li><p>Advise customers on structuring compliant workforce models, including secondments, shadow payroll, and offshore/rotational employment frameworks</p></li><li><p>Partner with Product, Engineering, and Operations to resolve technical challenges, advocate for customer needs, and accelerate deal progression</p></li><li><p>Build, refine, and scale a field service-specific pre-sales asset library, including demo narratives, compliance frameworks, workforce models, and objection-handling playbooks</p></li><li><p>Maintain deep expertise in global employment regulations, immigration shifts, and offshore workforce trends to ensure real-world relevance in every customer conversation</p></li></ul><p><b>What You'll Bring</b></p><ul><li><p>7+ years of deep, practical knowledge of the field services industry, gained through direct experience working within or alongside offshore, onshore, or project-based workforce environments (EPC, oil&gas, mining, shipyard, construction, renewables, defence contracting)</p></li><li><p>Firsthand understanding of how these workforces are structured, deployed, and managed across multiple jurisdictions</p></li><li><p>Demonstrated ability to advise on designing compliant, commercially sound workforce arrang
