As a SPA Attendant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have a relaxing and rejuvenating experience at our spa facility.ResponsibilitiesWelcome and greet spa guests, providing a warm and inviting atmosphereSchedule and manage appointments for various spa treatments and servicesAssist guests with questions about spa treatments, products, and facilitiesMaintain cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the spa areaPrepare treatment rooms and ensure they are properly stocked with suppliesAssist therapists and other spa staff as neededHandle cash and process payments for services and retail productsPromote and sell spa products and services to guestsEnsure guest comfort and satisfaction throughout their spa experienceAdhere to all safety and sanitation protocolsExcellent customer service skills with a friendly and empathetic demeanorKnowledge of spa treatments and servicesAbility to maintain high cleanliness and hygiene standardsStrong time management and organizational skillsBasic computer skills for managing appointments and processing paymentsEffective communication skills in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plusQualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalentPrevious experience in a spa or hospitality setting preferredSpa or massage therapy certification is a plusAbility to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidaysPhysical stamina to stand for extended periods and assist with light lifting tasksBenefitsCompetitive salary packageProfessional and supportive work environmentOpportunities for growth within a reputed brand#J-18808-Ljbffr
