Working within our luxurious wellness environment, the Spa Therapist plays a key role in ensuring each guest feels restored and cared for, embodying SEVEN's philosophy of holistic health and elevated service.Key Responsibilities and ExpectationsPerform a range of specialised spa treatments, including deep tissue massage, signature massage, dry cupping therapy, Madero therapy, and lymphatic drainage.Tailor treatments to each guest's needs while adhering to industry best practices, such as identifying contraindications and ensuring safe and effective delivery of therapies.Customise treatments to meet individual client needs and preferences.Guest InteractionGreet clients warmly and ensure they feel welcome and comfortable.Conduct pre-treatment consultations to understand health concerns or contraindications.Provide aftercare advice, including product recommendations and wellness tips.Operational ExcellencePrepare and maintain treatment rooms, ensuring a clean, relaxing, and hygienic environment.Manage appointment schedules effectively, ensuring punctuality.Handle spa products, tools, and equipment with care, adhering to safety standards.Retail and Product KnowledgeStay informed about spa product lines and services to confidently recommend items to guests.Support retail sales by educating clients about products that complement their treatments.Team CollaborationWork closely with other spa professionals, CRO, spa supervisor / managers, and therapists, to ensure seamless operations.Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and workshops.#J-18808-Ljbffr
