Specialist/ Consultant Spine Surgeon

We are seeking a skilled Specialist/Consultant Spine Surgeon to join our medical team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing expert surgical care for patients with various spinal conditions, ensuring the highest standard of treatment and patient outcome. This role involves direct patient care, surgical intervention, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to optimize treatment plans.ResponsibilitiesConduct detailed assessments and diagnostics for spinal disorders.Develop and execute individualized treatment plans involving surgical and non-surgical interventions.Perform spine surgeries using latest and minimally invasive techniques.Manage preoperative and postoperative care, monitoring patient progress comprehensively.Collaborate effectively with healthcare teams for integrated patient management.Educate patients and families about conditions, treatment options, and recovery processes.Maintain current knowledge of advancements in spine surgery and incorporate them into practice.Ensure accurate record-keeping and compliance with medical standards and regulations.QualificationsMedical degree from an accredited medical school.Completion of residency in Orthopedic Surgery or Neurosurgery.Board certification or eligibility in Spine Surgery preferred.Minimum of 5 years’ experience in spine surgery.Proficiency in multiple spine surgical procedures, especially minimally invasive techniques.Strong analytical, diagnostic, and surgical skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.Commitment to continuous professional development.Fluency in English; additional language skills are advantageous.BenefitsPrivate Health InsurancePaid Time OffTraining & DevelopmentPerformance Bonus#J-18808-Ljbffr
