Specialist Creative Designer

Creative designers play a multifaceted role in shaping the world around us, using their visual storytelling skills to communicate ideas, solve problems, and ultimately, make things look amazing. Primarily to translate abstract ideas into tangible visual designs using various tools like software, sketching, and prototyping. Apply principles of color theory, typography, layout, and composition to create visually appealing and effective designs be it in print or digital. Design user interfaces and experiences for websites and apps. The Creative designer is also responsible for storyboarding, drawing using physical and digital tools, creating frames for animation, and pulling frames together into moving pictures with the end goal of creating visual works that can be displayed through different media sources, including film, TV, websites, and social media.ResponsibilitiesVisual communication: Effectively conveying messages and ideas through visual elements like shapes, colors, typography, and layout.Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to visualize design concepts.Ensure the user interface is visually appealing, intuitive, and consistent with brand guidelines.Creativity and conceptual thinking: The ability to generate original ideas, solve problems creatively, and think outside the box.Select and apply color schemes, typography, and imagery to create a cohesive visual identity.Ensure designs are responsive and adaptable across various devices and screen sizes. Optimize user interfaces for mobile devices to provide a seamless experience.Communication and collaboration: Working effectively with colleagues, and stakeholders to understand their needs and integrate feedback. Communicate design ideas effectively and incorporate feedback into the design process.Create design documentation, style guides, and design systems for projects.Attention to detail: Possessing a keen eye for accuracy and consistency in designs.Maintain organized files and assets for design projects.Manage multiple design projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines and priorities.Learning agility: Keeping up with evolving design trends and technologies.Liaise with Digital cluster teams as well as corporate AD Ports marketing communications teams to effectively engage in creative activities including but not limited to below mentioned.Receive and examine design requirements for various DC’s projects.Research various design techniques to provide accurate designs for DC or related requested animations.Create multiple design drafts and collaborate with teams and stakeholders for final direction.Use requested design tools, including physical and digital tools, to create initial designs.Create and elaborate on storyboards for requested DC projects.Use existing tools to draw final frames to be animated.Utilize industry animation tools or methods to finalize animation projects.Work collaboratively with other animators to ensure consistency and accuracy of animated designs.QualificationsBachelor’s degree or certificate in computer animation, fine arts, graphic design, or related field.#J-18808-Ljbffr
