Job Description

1. Job PurposeThe Specialized Data Operator is responsible for performing accurate and timely data entry, maintaining regulatory documentation, and updating operational systems to support the Engineering & Maintenance Division. The role ensures data integrity, compliance with aviation regulations, and system stability (AMOS), contributing to safe and efficient airline operations.2. Key ResponsibilitiesData Entry & System ManagementPerform high-volume, accurate data entry into the AMOS system and other maintenance platformsUpdate aircraft maintenance records, work orders, and component dataEnsure real-time system updates to support operational continuityTechnical Records ManagementMaintain and organize technical records in compliance with aviation regulationsEnsure completeness, traceability, and accuracy of all documentationDigitize and archive records as requiredRegulatory ComplianceEnsure all entries meet regulatory standards (GACA/EASA/FAA as applicable)Support audit readiness and documentation verificationAssist in resolving discrepancies in maintenance recordsCross-Department SupportProvide data and documentation support to: Maintenance Planning, Technical Records, Warehouse, Maintenance Control Center (MCC)Data Quality & ReportingValidate data accuracy and identify inconsistenciesGenerate routine and ad-hoc reportsSupport data cleansing and system improvementsAccurate and timely data entry into AMOSComplete and compliant technical documentationUpdated maintenance and inventory recordsContinuous support to operational departments4. Required QualificationsEducationDiploma or Bachelor’s degree in Aviation Management, Engineering (Mechanical / Aeronautical preferred), Information Systems or related fieldExperience1–3 years of experience in Data entry or data management in Aviation maintenance environment (preferred)Experience with AMOS or similar MRO systems is highly desirableTechnical SkillsProficiency in AMOS or similar ERP/MRO systemsStrong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)Understanding of aircraft maintenance documentationCore CompetenciesHigh attention to detail and accuracyStrong organizational and documentation skillsAbility to handle large volumes of dataTime management and ability to meet deadlinesBehavioral SkillsTeam player with strong communication skillsAbility to work under pressure in operational environmentsProblem-solving and analytical thinking6. Working ConditionsOffice-based with potential exposure to operational/maintenance environments; may require shift work depending on MCC/operations needs; interaction with multiple departments and stakeholders.7.
