About the RoleWe are looking for a driven and results-oriented Sponsorship Sales Executive to join our team in Dubai. The role focuses on securing sponsorships and exhibition participation for high-level international conferences and industry events across the energy, industrial, and technology sectors.Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates (On-site)Salary: AED 3,500 – AED 5,000 per month + incentives & commissionsYou will be responsible for identifying potential sponsors, building relationships with solution providers, and closing sponsorship deals for our conferences across the Middle East.This role is ideal for candidates who are confident in sales conversations, comfortable with cold outreach, and motivated by performance-based incentives and commissions.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and engage solution providers, technology companies, and service providers that may benefit from sponsoring industry conferences.Promote and sell sponsorship packages, exhibition booths, and branding opportunities.Conduct outbound sales calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to potential sponsors.Develop and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers such as Sales Directors, Marketing Managers, and Business Development leaders.Present sponsorship opportunities and demonstrate the value and ROI of participation.Follow up with prospects and convert them into confirmed sponsors.Maintain accurate records of sales activities in the CRM system.Achieve monthly and quarterly sponsorship sales targets.Candidate Requirements0–2 years of experience in sponsorship sales, B2B sales, exhibition sales, or conference sales.Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.Comfortable with cold outreach and high-volume sales activity.Strong relationship-building and closing skills.Highly motivated and target-driven.Experience in conference, exhibition, or media sales is a strong advantage.Compensation & BenefitsSalary:AED3,500 – AED 5,000 per monthAttractive incentives and commissions based on sponsorship salesOpportunity to work with international conferences and global companiesCareer growth within a fast-growing events and conference companyImportantPlease apply only if you are comfortable with the salary range of AED 3,500 – AED 5,000 per month.#J-18808-Ljbffr
