Our client, a prestigious sports facility in Doha, Qatar, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sport Trainer to join their team.Position OverviewAs a Sport Trainer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs for athletes of all levels. You will work closely with the coaching staff to assess the needs of individual athletes and create customized training plans to help them reach their full potential. This is a full-time position based in Doha, Qatar.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and implement training programs for athletes based on their specific needs and goalsConduct fitness assessments to determine athletes' strengths and weaknessesMonitor and track athletes' progress and make necessary adjustments to training plansCollaborate with coaching staff to ensure training programs align with team strategies and goalsProvide guidance and support to athletes on proper nutrition and injury prevention techniquesStay up-to-date with the latest training methods and techniques in the sports industryMaintain a safe and clean training environment for athletesCommunicate regularly with athletes and coaching staff to provide progress updates and address any concerns or issuesAttend team practices and competitions to provide on-site support and assistance as neededAssist with recruiting and scouting potential athletes for the facility's programsQualificationsBachelor's degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or a related fieldMinimum of 3 years of experience as a Sport Trainer, preferably in a high-performance sports environmentCertified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) certification preferredKnowledge of sports-specific training and conditioning techniquesStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environmentExcellent organizational and time-management skillsMust be willing to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as neededMust be able to relocate to Doha, Qatar and have a valid passport and work visaIf you are passionate about sports and have a proven track record of helping athletes achieve their goals, we want to hear from you.
