Madre Integrated Engineering Full time Responsibilities Manage, configure, and maintain SQL Server databases and related processes. Monitor and ensure database system health, performance, and availability. Guarantee security, sustainability, and high levels of performance for all database systems. Troubleshoot and resolve real-time issues related to database performance and operations. Provide recommendations and implement solutions for optimizing database performance. Refine and automate routine processes, document system changes, and maintain accurate records. Support developers in query optimization, schema refinement, and application integration. Provide 24/7 support for critical production systems, ensuring minimal downtime. Perform scheduled maintenance, upgrades, and release deployment activities outside business hours. Manage Disaster Recovery (DR) site operations including failover and failback processes.
