If so, this is the chance to apply now!PeopleCert is looking for a Business Development Manager who will be responsible for developing strong pipelines and delivering new business in their territory. Through an in-depth understanding of the PeopleCert Group and go‑to‑market strategy, the successful candidate will establish relationships with key decision makers of training organizations, universities, and corporations in their assigned territory.ResponsibilitiesOversee all activities within Turkey & Saudi/Middle East to help expand the market.Connect with corporates, government entities and other professional organizations to grow awareness and market size of PC products.Work closely with the PC partner organizations in Turkey & Saudi/Middle East to help them sell more ITIL products.Forge and nurture high‑impact relationships with senior decision‑makers for promoting ITIL products.Build and manage a strong pipeline of leads and key accounts.Maintain and achieve maximum B2B market penetration of ITIL products, implementing a target‑driven sales strategy.Coordinate various aspects of activity in tandem with the company's operations base and with respect to local market conditions and culture.Plan and organise personal sales strategy by maximising the Return on Time Investment for the territory/segment.Monitor own progress against daily/weekly/monthly targets and report accordingly to Headquarters.Facilitate and expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints, working closely with support teams.Participate in trade shows, language education events, and strategic forums across the region.Collaborate cross‑functionally with global product and marketing teams to drive local adaptation and growth.Ensure work and presence is aligned with company’s core values—quality, innovation, passion, integrity, clarity, and velocity.QualificationsPost‑graduate degree in IT, preferably an MBA.8‑10 years of experience in driving new business development at corporate level, with a proven track record in successful business development transactions.Awareness of ITIL® is desirable but not an absolute must.A self‑starter with an entrepreneurial bent of mind who can work across different cultures.Sound understanding of channel development, strategy selling principles, partnership strategy and consultative selling.Superb relationship, communication, and negotiation skills when working with executives, external constituents and other business functions at all levels of seniority and different cultures.Exposure in the Education market, Consulting or Examination/Certification sectors in previous role(s) and prior experience in international corporate environments will be considered an asset.Preference will be given to candidates from IT Consulting and/or Technology backgrounds.Advanced written and spoken English (C2 level certification desired).Advanced computer literacy is required; ECDL Advance level certification is desirable.Experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM or similar software will be considered an asset.What we offerCompetitive remuneration package.Work in an international, dynamic and fun atmosphere.Two free vouchers for all certifications from PeopleCert's portfolio per year for all employees.Huge learning experience in using best practices and in a global environment.Constant personal and professional development.100% Virtual Hiring Process.About PeopleCertPeopleCert is a global leader in assessment and certification of professional skills, partnering with multi‑national organizations and government bodies for the development & delivery of standardized exams.
