Egis’ long history of providing comprehensive engineering, consulting, and project management services makes it a trusted partner for regional governments, investors, and developers.About the RoleWe are seeking a Senior Cost Control Manager to join our Project Management Office (PMO) in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role will focus on overseeing cost control activities for urban landscape projects, ensuring efficient resource allocation and financial performance. In this critical role, you will be responsible for overseeing cost management, design review, and budget control for large‑scale infrastructure and construction projects.Develop and maintain comprehensive project budgets, ensuring accuracy and alignment with project goalsConduct detailed cost analyses and provide regular cost performance reports to stakeholdersProvide cost performance analysis, interpretation and forecasting of cost performance against budgetsMaintains the Program and Project Cost Breakdown Structure (CBS). Manage changes made to the structure of the CBS with version control.Support risk assessments and assist in development of mitigation strategies to minimize financial impactsCreate and update financial models to forecast project costs and cash flowsCollaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure project deliverables meet budget constraintsImplement and maintain cost control systems to track project expenses and variancesProvide expert advice on cost‑related matters to project managers and senior leadershipStay current with local regulations and industry best practices in cost engineeringProvide budget and cost performance evaluation, interpretation and support business planning efforts.What do we need from youBachelor’s degree in Cost Control, Engineering, Science, Construction Management, or a related field10‑15 years of experience in cost engineering and cost reporting / management, preferably in large‑scale infrastructure or major construction projectsExtensive knowledge of cost engineering principles, PMO practices, and budget managementHas led cost control teams and managed the cost function at a departmental level.Can support recruitment efforts in identifying, interviewing and deploying cost control staff into the project team.Strong proficiency in cost management software (Primavera systems, Excel)Excellent knowledge and skills in the areas of financial modeling, risk assessment, and contract managementIn‑depth understanding of design review processes and their impact on project costsFamiliarity with construction and engineering practices in Saudi ArabiaKnowledge of local regulations and standards relevant to project costing and managementOutstanding analytical and problem‑solving skills with keen attention to detailExcellent English communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholdersProven ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast‑paced environment#J-18808-Ljbffr
