OverviewPrepare Cost Estimates / Budgets, Economics, Cost Breakdown Structure (CBS), Cost Forecast, Cost Breakdown Profile (CBP), Cost Reports, Reporting monthly Value of Work Done (VOWD), Monthly Invoice Payment / Accruals, Cost Trending / Variance Analysis, minimise budget overspending / underspending, Risk Analysis and highlighting areas of concern for management consideration and action.ExperienceMinimum of 12 years Oil & gas industry experience.Expert knowledge on all Cost Engineering activities including Cost estimation at various phases of the Project, Cost Phasing, Cost Monitoring and Analysis, Cost Forecasting, Cost Trending, Cost Reporting, Budget / AFE preparation, etc.Should be a great team player.Should be proficient in spoken and written English.Should be very well conversant with world class Cost Estimating Software, SAP and able to import best practices to QatarEnergy in this area.Good knowledge of Microsoft office; Excel, Power Point etc.QualificationsBachelor Degree in Engineering or Finance Discipline#J-18808-Ljbffr
