This role is pivotal in supporting E‑House Solutions across industries such as Oil&Gas (Upstream, Midstream, Downstream), Petrochemicals, and Utilities. INTECH’s commitment to providing fully packaged, reliable solutions ensures you will contribute to transformative projects that enhance power distribution and infrastructure efficiency.</p><p>Our E‑House Solutions are a testament to our dedication to delivering high‑quality, scalable electrical infrastructure, reflecting our focus on excellence, reliability, and overcoming industry challenges.</p><h3>What You’ll Lead and Deliver</h3><ul><li><b>Design, installation, testing, and commissioning</b>of: Low Voltage Switchgear&Motor Control Centers (MCCs), Medium Voltage Switchgear&MCCs, AC&DC UPS systems, Transformer systems, Power Management Systems (PMS), Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs) and Soft Starters</li><li>Review and validate<b>electrical system designs</b>, schematics, layouts, and technical documents to ensure compliance with<b>project specifications, applicable standards, and client requirements</b>.</li><li>Possess working knowledge of<b>maintenance practices</b>for LV/MV electrical systems, which will be considered an added advantage.</li><li>Demonstrate strong understanding of<b>low and medium voltage switchgear construction</b>, testing, and operational philosophy.</li><li>Maintain a<b>basic understanding of HVAC system design</b>and its electrical interfaces for integrated project execution.</li><li>Review<b>Project RFQs</b>, contracts, and technical specifications to ensure project scope is fully understood and executed in line with<b>customer requirements and sales commitments</b>.</li><li>Lead project engineering and execution activities, including<b>task allocation, monitoring, and coordination</b>among team members.</li><li>Perform<b>engineering effort estimation</b>for design, construction, testing, and commissioning activities and develop<b>detailed project budgets</b>.</li><li>Ensure project execution is completed<b>within approved budgets, allocated man‑hours, and schedules</b>.</li><li>Conduct<b>technical reviews of engineering deliverables</b>as per the project execution plan.</li><li>Ensure strict adherence to the<b>Project QA/QC Plan</b>, both internally and by subcontractors and suppliers.</li><li>Coordinate with site teams to ensure<b>safe execution of site activities</b>in compliance with HSE requirements.</li><li>Drive<b>value engineering</b>and<b>cost optimization initiatives</b>to achieve project cost improvement targets without compromising quality or safety.</li><li>Review and validate<b>supplier technical offers</b>to ensure full compliance with project specifications.</li><li>Prepare detailed<b>Scope of Work (SOW)</b>for contractors and ensure complete scope clarity prior to contract award.</li><li>Coordinate with suppliers for<b>engineering documentation, manufacturing, inspection, and project deliverables</b>.</li><li>Support timely resolution of<b>technical clarifications and deviations</b>with suppliers and customers.</li><li>Work closely with the project planning team to develop: Detailed project schedules, Phase‑wise progress trackers for engineering, construction, testing, and commissioning</li><li>Coordinate with<b>interdisciplinary teams</b>(process, instrumentation, control, mechanical, civil, and commissioning) to ensure seamless project execution.</li><li>Interface with site execution teams to ensure<b>timely mobilization, execution, and completion</b>of project activities.</li><li>Support the pre‑sales team during<b>bidding and solution development</b>phases.</li><li>Assist in: Development of<b>Bid BOM / MTO</b>, Engineering estimation and technical basis, Identification of exclusions and assumptions, Review and technical evaluation of vendor quotations</li><li>Participate in<b>technical clarifications and bid closing discussions</b>with customers and vendors.</li></ul><h3>Requirements</h3><h3>To Be Successful in This Role, You Must Have:</h3><ul><li>Bachelor’s/Master Degree in engineering in<b>Electrical Engineering</b></li><li>Shall have 5+ years of engineering design&commissioning experience with minimum 2 years of experience in a lead role and 2 years of on‑site experience in the installation&commissioning of electrical systems.</li><li>Shall be Self driven, able to carve out solutions to challenging problems, out of the box thinker, able to demonstrate proactiveness in day‑to‑day activities, able to interact and directly handle customer at different levels.</li><li>Familiar with design process including specifications, drawings and documents for electrical equipme
