SR. EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT SUPERVISOR

Primary Purpose of the JobDesign, implement and supervise a high quality on boarding and employee orientation programs for newly hired senior employees.Responsible for establishing the design and planning and supervising the implementation of tailored on boarding and orientation programs, that aim at supporting newly hired senior employees in adjusting to the new work environment and in forming new working relationships, through providing effective familiarization with working practices, colleagues and the working environment.Required Experience and SkillsHas minimum of 8 years of experience in positions of increasing responsibility in human resources, mainly in the Recruitment cycle and theProficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Power Point Adobe PDF).Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.Bilingual Oral and written communication skills would be an advantage.Experience in employee engagement and on boarding practices is preferred.Previous Experience in a National or International Oil Company is a distinct advantage.Educational QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources / Business Administration/ Engineering Discipline or related#J-18808-Ljbffr
