Act as a key contributor to revenue growth and market expansion by aligning customer needs with alfanar’s product and service offeringsKey Accountability AreasSales Development & ExecutionIdentify and pursue new project sales opportunities aligned with sales targets.Prepare and present tailored technical and commercial proposals.Negotiate and close deals in coordination with internal teams.Client Relationship ManagementBuild long-term relationships with key decision-makers and influencers.Conduct regular meetings and follow-ups to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.Act as a trusted advisor by offering value-driven solutions.Competitor Monitoring & ReportingTrack competitor activities and market movements.Share insights with sales management to support strategic planning.Market Presence & Technical SupportOrganize technical meetings and seminars to promote alfanar’s solutions.Provide technical support to enhance brand visibility and customer confidence.Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful project execution.Reporting & Customer ManagementSubmit timely reports on sales activities and customer interactions.Manage customer relationships with professionalism and responsiveness.Data Management & ForecastingMaintain accurate project data in C4C.Ensure reliable sales forecasts to support inventory and financial planning.Role AccountabilityHR Proficiency:Ability to obtain updated soft and technical skills related to the job.Delivery:Perform the planned activities to meet the operational and development targets as per delivery schedules.Utilize resources effectively to achieve objectives within efficient cost and time.Provide a periodic report formatted by detailing the deviation and execution of planned tasks.Problem-Solving:Solve any related problems arise and elevate any complex operational issues.Quality:Ensure quality requirements to develop effective quality control and processes including specifications for products or processes or related activities.Business Process Improvements:Coordinate well‑defined written systems, policies, procedures, and seek automations opportunities as much as possible.Compliance:Comply to related policy and procedures and work instructions.Health, Safety, and Environment:Ensure compliance of relevant safety, quality, and environmental management procedures and controls within defined area of work activity to guarantee safety, legislative compliance, and delivery of high‑quality products/services.Academic QualificationBachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering or Any relevant fieldWork Experience4 to 6 YearsTechnical / Functional CompetenciesSales ForecastingSales ResearchSales Trend AnalysisSales PresentationsSales Tools#J-18808-Ljbffr
